I highly doubt this is someone’s pet. He appears to be a stray and is extremely malnourished (ribs are very visible) and he has several wounds on his body that are actively bleeding. He has not been neutered and has very long toenails. If he is someone’s pet he has been severely abused. He will require a lot of medical care but is a very loving and sweet natured boy.
