This dog is a black and white Pit bull with a pink collar who has been roaming around my neighborhood for almost two days, she is not aggressive just scared and won’t let you get close I have tried to give her water but once she sees me approaching she runs away. I have not been able to see if she has any information on her collar because she doesn’t allow anyone get close. My only concern is that this dog is of a “aggressive” breed and people are sometimes afraid and could try and harm the dog.
