Black German shepherd found running in the street. No collar. (Collar in picture is one that I put on him). Not fixed. Appears to be young. Knows basic commands. Found near 13th and Rural. Very hungry, thirsty, and dirty. Will be taking to Hamilton Humane Society first thing in the morning tomorrow (Tuesday 9/3/24).
