Found dog near Rural and 13th. Black male German Shepherd. Not neutered. No collar (collar shown in the picture is one I put on him). Found him running in the street on Labor Day. He was very hungry and dirty. Appears to know basic commands. Taking him to the Hamilton County Humane Society first thing in the morning tomorrow (Tuesday 9/3/24).
