I have no clue what breed of dog this is, but it looks like it is perhaps part Pekingese, part Shih Tzu? Showed up in my yard about 15 minutes ago, likely due to the constant fireworks going off in the neighborhood. I can’t get close enough to see if it has a collar or any form of identification.
