Medium size pittbull. Found on entry ramp to i-65 near 71st Street. He was running up the ramp and onto the highway. Ran toward me and into my car. Friendly but was resistant to getting out lf car or leash, so took to get checked for microchip. Could not keep in my possession as I have other pets so had leave with the shelter.

He is now at Indianapolis Animal Care Services
