Found her wandering around Riverbend Apartments. No collar but she is groomed and very friendly so feel like she sleeps inside. Found on Malaga drive in Riverbend apartment complex wandering the cars and was very friendly and came up and laid by us. I have Lived here for a year and never seen before so don’t believe it to be an outdoor cat
