He appears to be 1-2 y.o., weighs 71 lbs., well-mannered but still acts like a pup. So far, good with people, other dogs, a cat and the children he’s been around. Also, he appears to be housebroken and physically is in good shape. No collar or chip and not fixed. Found near 16th St and Franklin Rd. Would love to find his owner (proof of ownership required)
