This dog was lingering outside of my landlords house and hanging around my dog pen area, he is friendly but was very scared at first. He seems to be a pet as he listens and he sits when asked. No collar was on him he has a few scrapes and cuts as I’m not sure how long he has been loose. Before he came over to me he was pacing up and down my alleyway.
