I found this shitzu this morning 38/boulevard in the pouring rain walking in the middle of the street. Took him to my vet to be checked for a chip and no luck. He’s super matted and we can’t even see his face or eyes. I’m committed to helping him but don’t know how. My vet can’t fully check him out until Thursday. Anyone looking for him? Proof of ownership required.
