Female that appears to recently had puppies. Very sweet has been up and down the street for last 2 days. We have all tried to feed her but she won’t eat. May have urinary issues as she gets going but won’t drink water. She has eaten treats. Must have proof of ownership and identify collar. She had a leash on but it was removed by a neighbor afraid she would get caught on a fence. She has covered shelter, food and water.
