Dog running up and down College Ave for 3 days now. Had a red collar on first day, now seems to be gone? Will not come to people, very skittish. Running in traffic. Please do not post my phone number on the posting, I don’t have the dog it won’t come to me. But I am very scared I am going to end up seeing it hit by a car.
