He’s fixed and is some sort of terrier mix. He’s been hanging out in our parking lot near 19th & Mass Ave for months. Finally he trusts me enough to come inside and keep warm. He loves to be held. Obeys commands. Playful and loving. Someone put some effort into training him. We’ll get him bathed and take to the vet for checkup, de-worming and to check for a chip.
