Found a stray dog near Keystone and Troy. Looking for someone to take him in to foster or find his owner. I don’t have the money or space to keep him for long.

Distinct features:
Left ear down and right ear up, white spots on every foot, and a large white spot on chest. No chip, no collar. Friendly, went in the car easily, and was kind of dirty.
