Lost Dog Found. Name is Hughie. God Found on 53nd Street near Keystone Ave on September 12th. We have learned that the dog has a chip and have not found the original owners. We can not keep the dog and are looking for a new forever home. The dog is a lapdog and quite friendly. The dog is a dark brown almost black with grey/white chest.
