Crooked Creek near Hollingsworth Drive in front of neighborhood park Found dumped on the side of the road left with a bowl of food and no water. He was severely malnourished, dehydrated, and covered in matted fur. He is a shihzu mix around the age of 2-3 the vets guessed. Proof of ownership will be required.
