Sweet boy found this morning running through the streets wearing a Service Dog harness and a black leash. Looks to be young, in tact, and perhaps a Bassett/Dauchsund/Beagle/Lab mix. All black and brown, very short adorable legs. He’s currently well loved on by workers at IMS.
