Seen at Outreach in Indianapolis. New York St./Forest Ave. Would only let us close to feed her. I couldn’t stay but I’m sure she will stay around because she got fed good by the youth:) We put a large water bowl out there for her. Some of the youth mentioned her becoming the Outreach mascot:) If the owner cant be found she may just become that. If/when she becomes more comfortable- myself or one the staff may be able to get her to keep her safe.
