Rottweiler; Young adult probably not full breed because of his shorter legs not common with full breed Rottweilers. Has broken lead attached to body harness. He’s incredibly friendly tried to follow me home is not neutered. Found around 59th and Georgetown in the “George” apartments. The dog is not very smart. I’m afraid he might get hit by a car if he runs out into the street
