Found this old, sweet boy at the intersection of Haymount and Balmoral Road in Heatherwood Estates. He had the harness on him. Attempted to get him scanned for a chip but the ER clinic didn’t have one that was working.

Will require proof of ownership. Must tell me one identifying feature about him other than the eye patch. Must provide lots of photos.
