Sweet boy found at 75th and College. Myself and another car almost hit two dogs roaming together. Elliot came when coaxed over and he hopped into my car so I could get him out of traffic. Two other cars were trying to coax the other dog and we got separated as we got our cars out of the way. I saw he had a collar and tag but the number when called does not connect. 317-938-7834.
