Male dog found at 21st and Runaway Bay. No microchip or tags. Finder states the harness was put on the dog AFTER it was found.

He is currently being held at the Speedway Street Department. The Street Department is located at 1390 N. Lynhurst Dr. Bring proof of ownership and a leash to Speedway Street Department to claim your dog.
