The lost dog was either brown or brindle color, but seemed mostly brown. I never got too close, he/she was skiddish and wouldn’t come to me. Running along Kessler Ave. this morning and seemed scared. I followed along in my car and got out of my car a couple of times to try to lure the dog to me, but only scared him/her away. The dog was whining. I did not notice a collar, but the temperament made me think it could be a pet. Seemed to be a pit mix.
