This dog has been hiding out in the side yard between 2424 E Tenth and 2428 E Tenth since at least 8am this morning. I went back over around 1pm and he was still there. I tried to get close but he showed some aggression and started barking at me to back off. He is not neutered and had a collar on – I THINK it was green but couldn’t get close enough to check. Please share so we can try to find his owners. It is cold and he has to be hungry/thirsty 🙁
