Found him wondering the busy street of west 29th right by the intersection , not sure where he came from because I really didn’t see him at first until he walked up too me … He’s a small dog , I was to say he could be a yorkie , he does have a tag you will need to describe in order to claim him …. I am not able to keep him so if anyone sees this and could possibly take him until we find his owner that would be lovely
