I live out of Carthage, just my cat and myself. We went to visit my daughters house in Alexandria Bay, NY and somehow my kitty got outside overnight. She has never ever in her life been outside. It’s been 3 days and still cat find her. 16 months old, mostly white with some gray on ears and tail. Still looks like a kitten (an older kitten). I’m devasted without her. We have searched everywhere, called everywhere. I’m so desperate to find my baby, I’m worried sick.

Mati (mat-tee) is a healthy 12.5-pound 6-year-old Turkish Van male, mostly white with an orange tail and orange mark on his right cheek. He is a house cat, but had a past of living outside briefly as an abandoned young cat/kitten. He has been with his family for five years after finding his way to our house. He escaped out the door at dusk 9/5/24 and ran off before he could be caught. While he has had past occasions when he has gotten out for a few hours, he always came back. He is not an outdoor cat nor is he accustomed to living on his own outside for long. Mati is very friendly and loves people, but he has a short attention span and tends to be neurodivergent. A female pit bull was found in Forest Manor Park on E 21st street between Emerson and Sherman.

She recently had puppies but we were unable to locate any. She shows signs of being outside for a long time and is underweight.
