Harper is a tiny, sweet, 4 lb., tan Shorkie who’s never been out of her fenced in backyard. We are unsure of what happened to her in the brief time she was out back around 2am on 4/6/25 with our other 2 dogs as not one of them barked or made any kind of sound while out back during that time.
