German Shepherd, appears to be female. Looks on the younger side. Would not let us approach her at all even when tempted with food. She barks whenever you get close but mainly in a scared manner, not aggressive. Shes on the smaller side but looks well cared for. Saw on the corner of Franklin Road and Washington Street- across from the “Just Add Water Boats” company.
