Small two medium size, tan and white female dog. Very friendly, the poor girl is living in the woods by the railroad tracks in a makeshift homeless tent. There used to be a woman that lived back there have not seen her in a while, and I think she just left her dog there. This dog was out in the cold just a couple of weeks ago and the 0° weather and the snow that we had an Indianapolis. She is coming out of the woods every day and is situated in the middle of three businesses so there are quite a few people setting food out for her. But I walked over to where I had seen her going back into the woods and saw where she was living, and there is no one there and the poor thing is all alone. I cannot get her to come all the way to me, but I can get her to almost come to me. If I could take her, I would I just can’t right now because of where I live hopefully someone recognizes her and she’s just lost and can be reunited with her family
