I have seen this cat around my neighborhood for the last week or two. Tonight my girls and I were able to get her to come to us. She is very sociable and sweet. I say “she” because I am pretty sure she is a girl, but not 100% certain.

I found a young female tabby cat on Bellefontaine between 22nd and 23rd St. ( Regan Park north of downtown Indy) she has bright orange eyes! No microchip …very skinny! Has fleas I think. No collar no tag. Very friendly she seems lost but out for a while.
