This is a lost puppy! He is a shih tzu believed to be 2 years old based on his teeth. He had a navy blue/ black collar and a flea collar on him when we found him. We found him last Tuesday, July 1st in the Woods of Eagle Creek Apartments on the Westside of Indianapolis, IN. He seemed to be outside for at least a couple of days. He is a very sweet and very calm dog. This has to be someone’s pup. Please help my find his owner!
