Shepherd, tan and white with some black on face around eyes. Wearing a collar. Seen at Central Supply BLDG 2 inside the fence. I don’t know if it had somehow crawled under or through the fence to get inside there. Maybe it doesn’t know how to get back out? I called the non emergency number for animal control to investigate.

Very friendly, walked right up to me. He was found near Adult and Child on the Southside of Indianapolis, off of Madison Ave. He seemed well taken care of, and stayed right around the area.
