Dog in road appeared to be looking for water to drink. Seemed very hungry. I was able to feed him some crackers and beef jerky. He would not come right to me, but if I left him and got in my car, he came ate them. Didn’t appear to have a collar on. I ran to Dollar General and got some smelly dog food to go back and try to find him but he was nowhere around. I did leave a bowl of food at the entrance of Bradford trace which is off of 21st St. Between Cumberland Road and Church Road
