Found her walking on South Mills near the Apartments on Casey Way. Skinny in the hips, very hot. Skiddish at first but with some time she came up to me and hopped right in to my car. Has dark blue collar on with what looks like a collar for an electric fence? Will find out if pet is mircrochipped. Proof of ownership is required.
