Adult german shepherd with black collar and black face on intersection of Harding and Howard. Could not take picture of dog, tried to stop; dog approached me when I stopped my car and was very timid (tail tucked) and seemed very hesitant, eventually barked when I tried to pet him and ran away.

I believe I saw the same dog a week ago at intersection of 16th St and Roosevelt Ave/Commerce St
