Loose dog, unknown owner, is running between government building (402 W Washington St) and Military park across MLK/West Street. Has done multiple large circles crossing the street before coming back around Robert Orr Plaza. Dog has already been hit once by car but is still running. Dog is all black, maybe male, maybe full Shepard or Shepard mix. Also seems young. Is afraid of any human approaching. Runs away from whistles and coaxing from humans. Last spotted at Robert Orr Plaza around 11:30am, before it ran back across West St. to the Military Park area.

Looks to be a younger black dog with collar. I’m not home but my camera alerted me that it climbed the fence into our backyard. I’m not seeing it on the live feed anymore now. My neighbor behind us was outside with her dogs though and may have more information of which way it was headed if needed

Two older chihuahuas found in front of Altenheim on Hannah and Lasalle. One smaller brown dog. One slightly larger black dog. Both with gray in face. I was able to grab the brown dog but black dog was scared and wouldn’t not let me pick her off and took off down Lasalle, approximately 3900 block of Lasalle.
