My neighbor found her on the 31st, only could keep her in backyard due to their dog. Medium size dog, black hair, with white batch on her chest. Has alittle white on her face. Very sweet, loves to jump. I couldn’t let a dog be outside during that storm last night. She is a Velcro dog, gets scared easy. Possibly in heat, will keep her at my house till we can find the owner, or find a rescue. Will not take her to a shelter.
