Female cat picked up at 16th and Lynhurst. No microchip or tags.

The animal is currently being held at the Speedway Street Department. The Street Department is located at 1390 N. Lynhurst Dr. Bring proof of ownership and a carrier (cat) or leash (dog) to Speedway Street Department to claim your pet.

The Street Dept. is open M-F 7:30am- 4:30pm and can be reached by calling 317-246-4141, ask for Rob or Jared.

For clarification, Speedway Animal Rescue and the town of Speedway are 2 entirely separate entities.
The animal will be held by the Town of Speedway for the required Marion County 4-day stray hold. If the animal is not claimed, SAR will pull only IF an approved foster can be found. If no foster steps up then the Town of Speedway will relinquish the animal to IACS since Speedway is in Marion County and does not hold onto animals beyond their 4-day stray hold.

All black male, maybe 65lbs. Would guess maybe black lab/pit mix. He is very friendly, seems well fed, and walks pretty well on a leash so thinking he had a home before! He was found running near Tarkington Park at Illinois and 40th on Friday evening. He was running into the street without regard for the traffic and wasn’t fixed so we have taken him in. We live in Butler Tarkington and walk him in the area if anyone recognizes him.

Black puppy about 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 months old (I think) unsure of the breed will likely be a medium to larger size dog once full grown. she’s been missing since around 6:30 pm on the 18th, she went missing around McFarland and stop 11 on the southside 46227 ZIP Code. She has two collars on- flea collar and a regular collar. She’s very much still a puppy and very curious and very loving. Soft black fluffy puppy hair with white paws.
