An all black, presumably male lab or lab mix. He was walking like his back legs or hips might be hurt. He would not come to me or my husband and did not respond to us. He was last seen behind the Philips gas station across from the Burger King near 135 and Stop 11 Road. We drove around our neighborhood a few times but could not spot him again. He seemed friendly but nervous.
