Mastiff type dog, spike collar, possibly tethered but hard to tell, hanging out in the grassy area across from the gas statiom. I had my dog in the car and was unable to stop. He might belong to a truck driver or something, as noone else around seemed concerned. Figured I’d post here just in case!
