Large to XL, long shaggy-haired white dog was seen on leash with a woman outside the PetSmart on East Washington St. They caught my eye because they were hanging out in the parking lot, blocking traffic. Woman appeared to be comforting dog. As I pulled away, an IACS truck pulled around the corner and headed towards them. I did not grab a picture of them because I thought the dog was hers until I was driving away and the IACS truck passed me and stopped beside them. If you are missing a large to XL sheep-dog mix or maybe a poodle/doodle mix on the far east side PLEASE check IACS for your dog!

Very skinny mostly or all gray cat seen eating Panera trash on side of the road. Lost sight when it went down the hill into the brush. Seemed to have a limp but was still moving quickly and seems familiar with the area. Has a collar or something on, but looks pretty worn out. Near the south bound on ramp for I-69
