This was posted in Carmel Chatter (Facebook group). A woman found a buff/ginger cat outside in the area of College Way & Gilford Avenue, which is in Carmel, Indiana, on Guilford between Main Street and City Center Drive (close to Carmel Middle School). Looks like the cat was chipped in Morgantown in 2019 (Morgan County, IN Lost & Found Pets) but, the chip was not registered. I am including photos of the post and a map screenshot of the area it was found.
