Large, black, doodle-like dog. Poor pup cannot see due to overgrown hair, has severe matting, flies(possible maggots), smells awful, and has exposed skin on hind thigh/leg.

Was unable to contain because they would not allow us to approach (likely because they cannot see us). Tried luring with treats to no avail. Dog was running in front of cars, so stopped efforts in hopes they would not run into traffic.

I was heading to work on West street past the train tracks and bridge before it crosses with white river parkway across from the Omni place it was on the left by the river. White pitbull with black spots I didn’t have the time for a pic before it ran off down to the grass by the river and was on my way to work but it was heading away from that road.

A male intact husky, mostly white with black and Grey accents in the fur. Friendly but cautious. Does have a collar with tags but unable to get close enough to see it
