German Shepherd found in the alley that runs parallel to Harding St. Location seen is on the north corner of Howard and Harding. There is a house on the corner being reroofed and the dog is hanging around the parking lot. Animal Control came to the site after I left and was looking for the dog. Unknown if they found the dog.

Adult german shepherd with black collar and black face on intersection of Harding and Howard. Could not take picture of dog, tried to stop; dog approached me when I stopped my car and was very timid (tail tucked) and seemed very hesitant, eventually barked when I tried to pet him and ran away.
