Sighted today at 4:30pm and again now at a little after 10pm. 2 light tan Chihuahuas, both have collars on. I do not follow them as they are very wary. Have been in the area of Buchanan and Leonard for that time period. Have seen them in the White. Astor parking lot as well as across the street at the Vet Clinic. I only have a photo of one of them but I spotted them together.

Large, mostly white, adult dog wearing a harness (or part of one) in the alley to the north of E 17th st between N Bolton Ave & N Priscilla Ave. Was barking at another dog that was also out. Barked when I got near too. Left some cat food I had in the car.
