Saw a male, three legged rottweiler-looking dog roaming around the red line station on the corner of 42nd and College Avenue. The dog had a worn multi color collar. The dog was large but looked a bit skinny — I could see his ribs poking through his stomach. Seemed to be in okay spirits though, sniffing and hobbling around.
