Tibbs and 10th street near downtown saw a large white dog that appeared to be a German Shepard type dog and a black and brown with some white on it smaller shepard mix across from the chicken place. The dogs were in the road and ended up crossing the street and lying in the parking lot across from the chicken place.

2 dogs on hugo st one black and another brown and white I have seen that white and brown before on wolf lane I will make a report to animal control but if someone knows of a rescue the white and brown has been out for weeks and can’t be caught poor baby
