There was an almost all white pittbull/bulldog on East Washington street near the meijer by Cumberland running loose it was wearing a red collar. I saw its hind end get clipped by a car (the car was going relatively slow) so hopefully the poor thing is ok. I was going the opposite direction and once I pulled a u turn and went back to look for the baby I was unable to find it. I’m hoping the description and location rings a bell for anyone missing this sweet pup.

I called the non emergency line as well and they stated they were sending someone out. I’m so sorry I couldn’t get a picture . I hope this baby finds its way home 💚
