Small, WHITE/BROWN, fluffy, Corgi-looking dog with a collar roaming on W. Loretta Dr. Indianapolis, Indiana 46221 (Pheasant Run/Decatur Township) near Granner Dr. It was first spotted April 24th on Lippan Way and has been spotted by others towards the end of W. Loretta Dr. near Granner Dr. since at least April 29. Not very friendly, scared and anxious… Won’t let others near it, but has been seen playing with some of the neighborhood dogs (did upset another dog though when it got into their fenced-in backyard). When the dog is roaming it can be seen going up and down the sidewalks/street and around one of the neighbor’s homes like a loop over and over.
