This cat has a collar with a circular tag hanging from it. The cat looks well taken care of and I do not see a clipped ear. The cat is skittish and I’m thinking is typically an indoor pet. The cat is pretty small and looks to be very young.

Female husky mix, seems to be young, traveling with a small white shih tzu or Maltese. Found with a collar and white harness on. Knotted onto the harness was a pink reflective hook leash that appeared to have snapped. Extremely friendly. For her safety we removed the pink reflective tether.
